An alumna of the 2013 and 2016 Tin House Writers' Workshops and the 2012 James D. Houston Scholar at the Squaw Valley Community of Writers, I write novels and short fiction. My stories have appeared and will appear in print and online publications, some of which are featured below. I'm interested in writing that captures something authentic about what it means to be alive at this moment.
Paper Is White, A Novel
My debut novel, Paper Is White, in which a Holocaust oral historian and her girlfriend beat an early path toward marriage equality in 1990's San Francisco, examining the gravitational pull of the past and words we need to make ourselves whole, is COMING TO A BOOKSTORE NEAR YOU on MARCH 2018 (Bywater Books).
